Esther works with the social and financial sector engagement teams on raising awareness of social investment amongst charities and social enterprises as well as the mainstream financial community. Before joining Big Society Capital, Esther worked in marketing and business development for a US commercial law firm. At the National Childbirth Trust, she worked on several high-profile projects including campaigns to influence government policy on maternity and paternity pay.
Esther is a mentor under the Action for Children London Independent Visitor's Scheme and is a Taylor Bennett Foundation Alumni. She has a BA in History from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
