Katie joined Big Society Capital in 2018, working in the Engagement Team with a specific focus on investor engagement. Her involvement in the charity and social enterprise sector includes advising the Founder of a start-up charity and a variety of volunteering roles.
Prior to joining BSC, Katie spent six years at Octopus Investments, most recently, fundraising for a range of private equity funds and strategies including; venture, growth capital, renewable energy and real estate debt. Prior to this, Katie spent several years fundraising into tax efficient investments such as EIS and VCTs. She holds a QCF Level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning.
